About us

Me'Ani is an anime jewellery store based in Durban, South Africa. For anything about an order, message us on Instagram at @me.ani.shop with your order number (it starts with MA).

Ordering

You can pay at checkout with PayFast, or send us your order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp orders are confirmed once we've received your payment.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa with Aramex. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your parcel is on its way, we email you its Aramex tracking number so you can follow it on the Aramex website. Aramex may contact you on the cellphone number you give at checkout, so please check it's correct, along with your delivery address.

Durban customers can choose collection at checkout instead, and we'll message you to arrange a time.

Returns

We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please look closely at the photos and details of each piece before you order. If you have a question about a piece, message us before you buy and we'll gladly help.

Payments

Card and instant EFT payments are processed by PayFast. We don't see or store your card or banking details.

Privacy

We use your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We share your name, address and cellphone number with Aramex so they can deliver your parcel. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
